I finally have a place to say what we all should know: John Waters SUPREMACY! PINK FLAMINGOS RULES! Also, I will add that after watching tons of gore movies I´ve noticed there’s a lot of violence against cats, but almost never against dogs, what is this double standard!?
The answer is too obvious when you think about it. Dogs are considered “man”s best friend. They’re seen as stronger, smarter, more capable. When you see a dog your first assumption is that it’s a male. But when you see a cat, you initially assume that it’s a female. Why? Because cats are not “man”s best friend. They’re considered smaller, more fragile. You get the picture: Dogs represent men, cats represent women. The answer is right there. It’s misogyny.
Because cats are disgusting animals. I hate cats. I kick my girlfriend’s cat whenever she’s not around. Sometimes throw in the odd slap after tempting the fool with a saucer of milk. GF thinks cat just hates me for no reason because that’s the kind of piece of shit he is anyway. I think I’ll go over now and give the bastard a sharp flick on his ugly nose because she’s away on a shift.
