This is my take on the transgender discourse happening online, of course it won’t apply to every single trans person, it’s just my take on it. I don’t feel like i owe something to women or as if i betrayed them, i feel indiffrent towards women and the “female community”. I didn’t choose to be part of it and neither did i work to be part of it which is why i don’t care about it, i dont see anyone expressing their pride in being born with two hands instead of one so why would i take pride in being born with certain chromosones instead of diffrent ones. Also trans people are more scared to switch bathrooms than you are of them doing it, the mtf bearded 6’5 boogeyman in the woman’s bathroom isn’t real, write a fantasy novel or something.
I have lived longer than most people on here and can honestly say my interaction with trans people is tiny. Worked with one bloke who used the womens uniform (mainly fashion), worked near the large ladies shop in Kings Cross so a few trans would pass by on the way to the shop, went to Bettys Bar in Osaka which is a cabaret of trans earning money for the chop and on one fucking occasion in my whole fucking life did I actually meet a trans as part of a group of people I was with.
So why is it such a fucking big deal on line and in the news media. Because there are some very loud very horrible men out there who are using it as a way to harm women and children. They aint trans. They are sociapaths.

Well, I personally would never go out of my way to actually harass anyone for what they do or think, but I have once met a trans woman.
This trans woman was 6’1, had very noticeable stubble (to be fair I’ve known a few cis women who have natural stubble), and just very masculine features. I guess she was “nice” but you could really tell she was quite mentally unstable.
In my opinion a lot of trans people are mentally ill….but yeah I wouldn’t actually harass them for it
Also why do you see taking pride in something as negative? Are you saying I can’t take pride in being born Scottish? Or would you say that for a black person?
