If you watch Hostel 1 my hands are shaky like the crazy, sadistic old guy who wanted to be a surgeon but couldn’t because of his hands. They’re shaky even when I’m NOT anxious. Maybe it’s because I started drinking caffeine at a young age. ITS so annoying. I can’t even control it, it just comes on RANDOMLY! I’ve noticed some patterns though, it usually comes on when I’m eating with utensils, or taking something from someone’s hand. It’s EMBARRASSING, because it probably looks like I’m on drugs. The doctors told me they don’t know what it is. My hands shake so goddamn much, WHY? At this point I’ve gotten over the embarrassment but it can still feel annoying… I’ve spilled a lot of things because of THIS. God cursed me with two mysterious illnesses. N24, a super rare sleep disorder, and shaky hands, oh and I have this weird red dot on the middle of my right hand that I’ve had since I was a kid… What was god trying to imply?

I do get shaky hand when i drink about 5 coffees a day in a tiring shift , but yea the shakiness is not so bad , in fact i love it.

I have had red dots on both my palms that get itchy and scratching them makes them bleed. Not recently though and I just think it must be some dodgy STD I got.

You may have a rare variant of early onset Parkinson’s disease. It usually starts in the hands and progresses up the arms towards your head. It then takes a little while to settle in. So, you may go through an indeterminate period of time where it’s just your hands, arms and head shaking uncontrollably. You’ll walk around looking like a bobble head with crazy arms.
There have been cases in which the hands have been amputated prior to progression and the disease was effectively eradicated. But that seems a bit extreme. There has to be another way. I think I’d rather look like a crazy-armed bobble head freak than be hand-less.

I had this for years and honestly thought I was heading towards some kind of paralysis. I dreaded the rare social dos where the lady of the house would bring in a hot drink in delicate cups. Mugs were easier to grab but fancy crockery or saucers always had me staring with full attention on the task to avoid embarrassing myself. I have rudely told older women to please lay the cup down on the tray or table so I could go about the task when I was ready with all my concentration. But at some point it just went. I think it might have been related to poor eating or maybe something else, because I haven’t really changed too much with my lifestyle, other than maybe eating a lil more. In fact, my sleep patterns and other shit have probably only gotten worse. But I have withdrawn more from people. I don’t know if that helped haha.
