Honey has saved me. I spent £6 on one and also have a free one (that I got from someone). The first honey jar is crystalised and the second is runny. What I do is I take a teaspoon of either in the evening and again before I go to sleep and my sleep has been so much fucking better. This honey is high quality and 100% natural, so that might be why. It’s made me so happy. Also it makes me laugh a lot for some reason. It helps me sleep so well. A while ago I’d intentionally give myself hangovers just to fall asleep and now I don’t do that anymore. I slept 17 hours last night because of how awesome it is. And the best part is I can choose when to sleep, kinda. I was too lazy to get up so I closed my eyes and I actually fell asleep for once. Usually I never fall back asleep and I just lay there pathetically with my eyes closed. It’s a shame I don’t get much dreams anymore but I mainly get those when I’m emotional.
