There are a lot of them, naturally.
For example:
“Flesh for Frankenstein” and “Blood for Dracula”
These cult movies has a lot of the stuff that belongs to this site.

It’s not super disturbing but Manic 2001
A Time to Kill 1996 is also good. Only the SA scene is considered disturbing though.

Mine is Long Pigs (2007) it’s like man bites dog but with a cannibalism focus. Personally i like it more out of the two..
