Anyone Else Have A Type

Author: bpdenjoyer

I’ve been thinking about a confusing pattern in my past relationships. The thing is that I always end up dragged across the floor in a situationship where eventually I discover that the person involved has BPD. I mean, it’s inevitable. To the point where I can already smell it. I can detect and diagnose BPD from a certain distance.

Maybe it’s not simply the condition. Rather something about the dynamics of bodies, the dynamics of power, or the amount of social and sexual capital floating in the air. What I mean is, for example: I meet someone, this person is too sexually forward to be good, and then afterwards I find out that they have a partner or that they recently went through a breakup, which is particularly funny. It’s possible that I’m the third person they fuck that week. After the breakup, of course. And their partner actually has the no idea that the relationship ever stopped.

To be more precise, I think the thing here is that there’s something about the lack of transparency, the bottomless lies, and the constant need for approval that simply works for me.

And I’m not talking about some “I can fix her” bullshit. It’s not up to me. It’s not my responsibility. This behavioral radar comes on and blasts warning alarms in my head. But it only causes me to stick to them like magnet. It’s not even about being desired or chosen. It’s more of a being in the right place at the right time thing. I don’t want none of that “love” or whatever. It just works.

I recognize the signs, I know the amount of trouble it causes, and my brain goes into monkey mode. Instead of establishing a safe distance, I plunge head first into the storm. It makes me want to stay with them for a few weeks, even if I already know how it’s going to play out.

It’s not even about the person-as-a-romantic-object. The whole situation just seems so enjoyable to me. I don’t care about self-harm or any other signs that a person might be troubled. I don’t care about lying at all, because I know that for that brief period of their life I will fill the role of impulsive revenge after splitting on their favorite people. My position is temporary and our relationship becomes disposable. And I love it.

I’ve noticed I attract either narcissists, autists, or people with BPD.

I know my type in appearance , but I’m not too sure personality wise. I’m kinda open to anything.

just because you find conniving cunts enticing doesn’t mean they have BPD, a relationship is usually never disposable to someone who truly has BPD
Why are all of you so gassed up to be spreading misinformation and lies about the mentally ill?

BPD Guff again and again and again and again like a washing machine stuck on manic only settings. Duller than a grey donkey in a muddy pond.
