I started going on 4chan when I was 12 or 13 lol, I was pretty young. I remember finding out about it from a YouTube video. I did stay there for quite a while, and yes, it did affect my mental health. Shocking, right?
At first it was like the only place that didn’t give a fuck about anything, where nobody was trying to be nice. You could say almost anything and someone would answer even if it was just some bullshit
Looking back it made me closed off. If someone was being normal or kind I’d get suspicious like they wanted something (I hope that makes sense).
I don’t know if it made me worse or just showed me what was already there but either way it was a big part of being a teenager for me, and I’m still trying to forget some of it. And I promise u I’ve changed for the better.
So now you know about (((them))) I assume? 109 countries, wooden doors, 9/11, JFK, the Pharisees slaughtering our lord,poisoning wells, metzizah b’peh, etc?

I was on 4Chan when it was in its ‘prime’. It never really interested me and I just lurked.
I checked 4Chan a few months ago again, gosh I’d forgotten how to find all the right posts and stuff on it. It always reminds me of ‘Chris Chan’ (this guy actually introduced me to lolcow culture, like Daniel Larson and Tophiachu). There’s a shit tone of YouTube documentaries about these people, which is kinda weird but funny.

Not sure how long ago this was as the orignial 4 chan was full of nonce anarchist who liked teenage boys and from there it morphed into more right-wing-libertarians.
