I’ve noticed in several Asian films than in scenes where Asians are eating, they almost always put chopsticks in their mouths and then use the same chopsticks to put food on someone else’s plate or they double dip the chopsticks in to the community food. Start watching the film “Kichiku Dai Enkai” (1997) at around 30:45. Watch the retarded looking guy with the glasses double dip in to the community noodle bowl at least 3 times after the chopsticks were in his slobbering mouth. I’ve seen stuff like this in almost every Asian film on EUM.
In some parts of China it is polite to belch and fart after a meal, or during, it is a compliment to the chef. Ever went into a Japanese ramen shop, like hogs at a trough. And Koreans make a shit ton of noise when they eat. They have different mannerisms. While they are slurping and farting at the dinner table they will look at you side-eyed because you are still wearing your sneakers in doors.
