What really brought this to my attention is Ariana Grande and Sydney Sweeney.
Ariana Grande, I don’t like her but a tiny part of me does feel for her. Her parents are obviously shitty, and being a child star will fuck most people up. Anyways let’s ignore all her cheating scandals and focus on her weird age regression. It’s truly baffling to me how she can go from a hot, sexy, tan woman singing about “break up with your girlfriend” and 69ing to a petite, frail, fragile woman that says her preferred state is looking like an 11-year-old. It’s very weird, and even her fans are noticing, which says a lot.
The reason I don’t feel too bad for her is because of her cheating scandals and all the bad stuff she’s done, the fact that she is a millionaire and has access to support, and that she says she is healthy and body-checks 24/7 knowing her fanbase consists of a lot of young girls (or boys). The Wicked film was just completely ruined for me because of her and I’m not sorry for saying that. That is a KIDS movie and Ariana’s malnourished body shouldn’t be shown in it.
I don’t 100% know why Ariana is age regressing. She’s only 32 or something like that… there’s no way that’s considered old nowadays. Even for Hollywood it just seems kinda absurd. Maybe it’s that or her trauma.
But Sydney Sweeney fits this better because I think Ariana’s age regression is more due to a mixture of her trauma AND Hollywood pressure. But here’s my point. Sydney Sweeney’s fanbase consists mainly of not-so-smart right-wing men. AKA men who treat any woman above 30 like she’s a fossil. She’s 29, so she’s basically a second away from turning 30. Maybe until 35 they’ll give her the grace just because she’s MAGA, but I think once she turns 35-40, she will lose a lot of the support she has from men. Maybe she knows what she’s doing (like Bonnie Blue but less extreme), but I’d think all the attention will still affect her.
My overall point is that you shouldn’t be male-centred or female-centred; if you’re a woman with big boobs who feels your self worth is tied to them and your boobs are what get you attention, ageing will hit you like a brick. Ageing is easier for men but will be shitty (if not worse possibly) for painfully insecure men like Clavicular. That guy’s a fucking asshole so I really couldn’t care less if he suffers, though. But I do wonder where his parents are, I mean he’s 22-something and apparently doing steroids.
Lol i think ariana is just acting for attention. I even think she is gonna make a plot twist soon.
